On January 24th, we invite you to experience a warming winter menu and wine pairing featuring the vintages and olive oils from Il Palazzone Estate of Montalcino, Italy.  The 5 courses will lead you through our wintery interpretation of Tuscan flavor: olive oil and truffles, succulent wild boar and pine nuts, octopus and bone marrow.  Toast the evening with a delicate prosecco before moving into Il Palazzone’s quintessential Brunello di Montalcino, intense with red fruit and chocolate, silkily balanced by a tannic sweetness.  Join us Thursday, January 24th for a brief, indulgent tour of Tuscany, by Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House.
